What is Stripto?

Stripto is a Polish SaaS tool that bridges Stripe payments with local accounting software to automate VAT invoice generation and KSeF compliance. It solves a critical problem for Polish businesses using Stripe: Stripe does not generate Polish VAT invoices or support KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur), the mandatory government e-invoicing system. Stripto listens for Stripe webhooks and automatically creates invoices in Fakturownia, inFakt, or wFirma, which then handle KSeF submission. The product targets Polish entrepreneurs, SaaS founders, and e-commerce merchants who accept payments via Stripe and need compliant invoices without manual work.

Key Features
  • Automatic Invoice Creation: Stripto listens to Stripe webhooks and creates invoices in connected accounting software within seconds of a payment. It supports Checkout, Subscriptions, Payment Links, and API payments.
  • Multi-Platform Integration: Connects with Fakturownia, inFakt, and wFirma. Users paste API keys from Stripe and the accounting platform to set up the bridge.
  • KSeF Compliance: Invoices created by Stripto are sent to KSeF automatically through the connected accounting software. No additional configuration is needed beyond enabling KSeF in the accounting tool.
  • Duplicate Protection: Stripto prevents duplicate invoices if Stripe sends the same webhook multiple times.
  • Backfill Capability: Users can generate invoices for past Stripe transactions that occurred before connecting Stripto.
  • Affordable Pricing: Plans start at 190 PLN per year (about $48) with no per-invoice fees. A free trial covers the first five invoices.
How It Works

A user signs up at Stripto.pl and navigates to the dashboard. They paste their Stripe secret API key (read-only access to transaction data) and then paste an API token from Fakturownia, inFakt, or wFirma. Stripto automatically configures a webhook endpoint in Stripe. From that point, every completed payment triggers a webhook that Stripto receives. It extracts customer details (name, NIP, address) from the payment metadata and creates a properly formatted Polish VAT invoice in the connected accounting software. The accounting software then sends the invoice to KSeF. The entire process runs without manual intervention. Users can monitor invoice status in the Stripto dashboard or directly in their accounting platform.

Use Cases
  • A solo SaaS founder selling B2B subscriptions via Stripe needs to issue VAT invoices with NIP for Polish clients. Stripto automatically creates invoices in Fakturownia after each recurring payment, saving hours of manual data entry and ensuring KSeF compliance.
  • An e-commerce merchant using Stripe Checkout for one-time purchases wants to avoid the 0.4% per-invoice fee of Stripe Invoicing. Stripto generates invoices in inFakt at no per-invoice cost, and the invoices are sent to KSeF automatically.
  • A marketing agency managing multiple Stripe accounts for different clients uses Stripto to centralize invoice generation. Each Stripe account connects to a separate accounting software instance, and invoices flow automatically without staff intervention.
